PRICING
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
DELIVERY POLICY
Leafz Coffee offers delivery services for our products.
Please note that delivery arrangements are managed through third-party services, with charges based on the distance between our premises and the designated delivery address.
However, delivery scheduling will only commence upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times are estimated to be within 14 days.
Upon confirmation of a delivery arrangement, it is imperative that the customer or a designated representative is available to receive the order. Failure to do so may result in the return of the product to Leafz Coffee. In such cases, while refunds are not provided, we will endeavor to arrange a second delivery attempt.
PRODUCT DAMAGES
Leafz Coffee assumes no liability for any damages incurred to our products during transit or after leaving our premises. Customers who opt for self-pickup are also responsible for the product's condition once it has left our premises.
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION
We recommend allowing our Coffee Beans to rest for at least 7 days from the Roasted date for optimal flavor development. Additionally, it is advisable to store the coffee beans in a dry, shaded area, preferably in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
WARRANTIES
A 3-month warranty is applicable only to Coffee Tools. Coffee Beans are not covered by warranty terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Please note that cancellations are subject to a 15% fee to cover incurred costs. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of payment, regardless of circumstances.
